These slideshows are presented in the original airing order. For a lot of us with waning memory capability it should help to remember just where you were who you were with etc. on any given Wed. night at 10:00pm from the fall of 1969 to the spring of 1970. Some of the music is by Parks which you will probably recognize, the rest is just music I like. Hang in there.

Following the suicide of his friend, San Francisco beat reporter Jim Bronson chucks it all and embarks on a journey of self discovery with a runaway bride. The saga takes place aboard the motorcycle bequeathed to him by his friend. The Sportster in the film becomes a legend in Harley Davidson iconography.
Series opener. Bronson meets with female friend whose father runs a behavior modification camp for troubled children. Bronson disagrees with the treatment used on a young boy and attempts to reach him.
At an off the beaten path gas stop the Sportster is topped off with weed killer. One of the locals, Alex, helps get the bike back in shape. Working on the bike brings back memories of Alex's younger days as a rider and he gets his old Rudge Ulster out of the barn and back on the road.
After a crash on the Sportster, Bronson is taken in by a recently widowed mother and her teenage daughter with predictable results. Ride 'em cowboy Bronson participates in a local rodeo.
Ever the itinerant worker, Bronson meets up with a fiesty widow and her pesky silver obsessed neighbor. Her stories and memories amaze Bronson. She dies, Bronson digs grave.
Another old flame. This time she's on a ranch with her new toreador husband. He teaches Bronson the basics of fighting bulls and Bronson teaches him the basics of hill climb riding on a Sportster.
