Other than The Bike, the other most memorable icon from TCB is the opening aerial shot of that fog shrouded bridge beckoning to the distance. The bridge is the Bixby Bridge or Bixby Creek Bridge if you will, on the Pacific Coast Highway in the Big Sur. A TCB fan can't cross it without getting a chill. It's an engineering and esthetic marvel, built during the Great Depression for a whopping $200,000.
